Process for Replacement or Refund:

In case of any discrepancy in your order on the products purchased from Euphorium Store, or in case of non-satisfactory reasons, contact our customer support team at the earliest to initiate the replacement or return and refund process.

The process is simple and you can do a request in a time frame of upto 14 days from delivery date and after receiving your order.

At the time of the completion of your purchase order, you will receive an automatic email from Euphorium Store pertaining to an invoice with the order number and the details of the products purchased including product codes and pictures.

Kindly send us an email to customersupport@euphoriumstore.com attaching your order invoice and specifying:

The product you would like to Replace / Return from your order

The reason of your request, possible scenarios and actions we take:

 1) In case the product doesn’t match your purchase order (wrong item has been delivered), or the product is defective. And the request you made is to replace it.

Our sales team will initiate a delivery order with the replacements as soon as possible and will be delivered in 2-3 days.

 2) In case the product doesn’t match your purchase order (wrong item has been delivered), or the product is defective. And the request you made is to return & refund.

Our sales team will initiate a collection order as soon as possible and the package will be collected in 2-3 days. And the invoice will be refunded.

 3) In case of non-satisfactory reasons (the order purchased is correctly delivered, and the product is not defective). And the request you made is to replace it.

Our sales team will initiate a delivery order with the replacements as soon as possible and will be delivered in 2-3 days.

 4) In case of non-satisfactory reasons (the order purchased is correctly delivered, and the product is not defective). And the request you made is to return & refund.

Our sales team will initiate a collection order as soon as possible and the package will be collected in 1-3 days. And the invoice will be refunded.

 

Please contact our customer support team within the specified timeframe to initiate the process. Our Product Control team will verify the issue and the condition of the product. If there's a problem with the product, we'll facilitate either a replacement or a refund based on the case.

 If the Replace / Return is for non-satisfactory reasons, please provide us with your feedback. Your opinion is important to us.

 Our team will assist you promptly and guide you through the necessary steps.

 

Conditions for Replacement or Refund:

  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging. 
  • Proof of purchase is required for all replacement or refund requests (email confirmation, invoice or purchase order).
  • Replacement or refund eligibility is subject to inspection and approval by our Product Control team.

 

Return Shipping:

For returns or replacements due to product defects or issues, we will arrange and cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to non-defective reasons, the customer might be responsible for return shipping fees.
